Re: Parking at the ground
You'd struggle to get a ticket in the away end at Leicester.

...Probably difficult in the home end if they advertise, with the slogan, 'Come and see the stars of West Ham'

Better to park at Langdon park/ second road and take the DLR to pudding mill lane

Course you can get tickets for a leicester home game. Buy them off a local tout.

Re: Parking at the ground
Sorry for not responding to everyone on this sooner but I really do appreciate the input:

Can't move the flight - it was booked a long time ago. If the game is moved (as seems likely) I will just drive straight from Heathrow to my Mother's in Warwick rather than via Stratford.

I'm staying in Warwick. Could park away from the ground and get public transport in but will be in a bit of a time crunch even assuming all goes to plan. (Also want to make the journey as easy as possible for tired children (and wife!))

Sounds like Westfield (possibly Redbridge?) is the best bet - assuming game is not moved.

On another point i'd like to go to Leicester away (very near Warwick) but I understand getting tickets to that is impossible. Correct?

Re: Parking at the ground
I'd park at Redbridge (premier inn car park) and get the central line to Stratford ( 4 stops). Its a 15-20 minute walk to the stadium from Stratford station.

How flexible is your flight? As steveiron says it's bound to be moved.

Westfield parking is very convenient, although the downside is getting out if you are in a hurry.

Stratford International, book it in advance so you're guaranteed a spot. Walk to the ground.

Re: Parking at the ground
Tks. Am concerned they will change but apparently Sky won't announce October time changes before August so have to just keep fingers crossed.
